As part of our Safety Management Plan, Behavioural Norms and Environmental Norms, Global Guardians Management ensures that all properties under our management are well-maintained. Cleaning rotas are created and followed by all Property Guardians in our buildings. Housekeeping is a key behavioural norm to ensure all corridors and areas of the property are kept clean and tidy at all times. This ensures fire safety protocols are effective under our control.
Maintenance issues are raised by our Property Guardians and our Compliance Officers on our My Globe ticket system to ensure recourse and service delivery, in line with our strict priority system.
Our maintenance operatives and contractors are carefully selected using our Ideal Supplier Assessment. They meet with all statutory and regulatory compliance measures to ensure a safe and secure environment for our Property Guardians and the local community.
