It is official! Global Guardians Management Ltd supports the local community by acting as a deterrent to criminal acts in the neighbourhood, in particular acts against the properties we secure. For the whole of 2012 our property guardians have managed to achieve the following:

• 10 x preventions of anti-social behaviour
• 15 x preventions of attempted fly tippers
• 18 x preventions of attempted break-ins
• 21 x preventions of attempted metal thefts
• 25 x detentions

Each case has been dealt with by local police and safer neighbourhood teams. Without our guardian services the properties and the local community would have been devastated by the problems caused by anti-social behaviour. All of our guardians are inducted as to how to deal with anti-social behaviour according to our ASB Policy and this has helped us to ensure our clients’ buildings and fellow guardians are looked after professionally.
