Life Enhancing Chances – Summer 2014

Global Guardians Management has continued to give back to the Local Community through our Life Enhancing Chances service that is part of our overall Vacant Property Strategy.
Rather than boarding up a property, using security guards or CCTV and alarms, Global Guardians Management looks at a holistic solution for the good of all stakeholders. This means that we take into consideration the local neighbours to the empty property and the effects it will have on them. We ensure that they are all kept up to date with the situation with reference to our property guardians living in their neighbourhood.
By having our property guardians in the local community we can provide our Life Enhancing Chances to the local vulnerable and disadvantaged residents.
This is done on a free-of-charge basis by Global Guardians Management for the duration of the time we are working in the local area.
You can see the positive benefits of our Life Enhancing Chances on the recent project we carried out for a local resident who could no longer maintain their garden, which became severely overgrown.
The local resident is very happy with the work our team carried out for him and he has been able to enjoy a nice, well-kept garden for the summer.
Without our Life Enhancing Chances this would not have been possible.
