Global Guardians on Sky News

This is an area we are very familiar with as it is a key part of our Guardian Solution that we provide to property owners. As discussed in the interview with Steven Dixon of Sky News, our Logistics Director, Stuart Woolgar illustrated how our property guardians are a community within London and many live in commercial premises and former shops. We bring up to scratch formerly derelict properties in a state of disrepair and ensure they are fit for habitation. Our property guardians are then vetted and profiled to ensure that they are suitable working people to look after the property for Global Guardians. Our property guardians then become part of the local community and bring the formerly abandoned property back into temporary use. See the interview here. In 2012, one shop closed its doors for good every hour, which means that there is a growing amount of empty properties that could be ideal for our property guardian solution. We would be happy to assist the government with their plans to make it easier to change commercial premises into residential usage for developers and property owners. Perhaps a temporary solution such as our live-in guardians could be implemented by Global Guardians in conjunction with the government. As the Planning Minister, Nick Boles of the government has stated the following: ‘We need to think creatively about how to help town centres thrive in this new era. We want to encourage retail activity into the prime shopping streets in the heart of their town centres and adopt a more relaxed approach to underused retail frontages. If a place does not operate economically people won’t want to live there.’ If you would like Global Guardians to secure your vacant property contact: Nick Knight Business Consultant Email: firstname.lastname@example.org Tel: 020 8370 0286
