Valentine's Day

The 14th of February also known as Valentine's day is upon us, that special time of year where we have love and romance on our mind.

If you're feeling overwhelmed and having some trouble with what to do with Valentine's Day the Global Guardians team have shared some of their ideas to help you out.

With Valentine's Day falling on a Wednesday this year it's not the most exciting or practical day of the year to do something massively time consuming however, it doesn't mean you can't have a little bit of an adventure. Take a look at some of the hotspots in London our team recommend for some midweek romance:

❤ Fly over the River Thames in Emirates Cable Cars http://emiratesairline.gttix.com/

❤ Take a trip to London Sky Gardens https://skygarden.london/

❤ See a show at the theatre https://www.londontheatredirect.com/events/2018-02-14

❤ Dine at Beach Blanket Babylon http://www.beachblanket.co.uk/nottinghill/

❤ Play at the Ballie Ballerson Playground https://www.ballieballerson.com/

❤ Have a glamorous evening at Circus London where you watch a world class show while you dine. http://www.circus-london.co.uk/valentines

If you prefer something more intimate and low key why not try cooking together, it gives you time to bond, create and then enjoy. How you could make this activity more exciting is by:

❤ Buying extra tasty ingredients

❤ Fun aprons and cooking equipment (valentines themed/food shape cutters/trays)

❤ Create an atmosphere i.e. candles, music and decoration

Single? No need to feel left out there's lots of ways to get in the Valentine's spirit, like:

❤ Treat yourself - pamper/shop/tasty treats

❤ Go out with your mates - Movies/dinner/show

❤ Attend a Singles night (if you're looking for love) - speed dating/Anti-Valentine's day events/ Bake-offs
