Turn voids in to profit
One of our Guardians, Sam Bartle, has become an online success with his quirky and unique inventions, he is a song writer and inventor, in order to strive in his field he needs to commit time to his projects. Take a look at what Sam has to say about Global Guardians:
"I’ve been a guardian for nearly 6 years now. I moved after being dropped from my first record deal, and needing somewhere more affordably priced to stay as opposed to the ever increasing London rent, As I am still trying to get by on creative ventures, what I do now wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for the guardianship scheme, as I simply wouldn't be able to afford to live. For me it's perfect, as long as you are able to stick to the simple rules, and make sure everything is in order in the property, you get access to adequate amenities and a larger living space than you would living in a tradition rented house share in London."

GGM Pushing for Regulatory System in the industry:
Woolgar was integral to the development of the BS 8584:2015 code of practice. It was created by a group of security professionals to help eradicate criminal activity that swarms vacant properties and prevent damage, injuries or in worst cases, death.
Stuart is currently involved in leading the creation of a regulatory body for the property guardianship industry in partnership with:
- Greater London Authority (GLA)
- British Security Industry Association (BSIA)
- Environmental Health Group
- London Fire Brigade
- Sian Berry, Leader of the Green Party
Although in its the early stages, formation is set to move swiftly as regulation is considered essential for the guardianship industry to continue to develop.
We believe that calling for regulation of the industry makes us market leaders as we not only want to better ourselves but also improve standards across the industry. This is also clearly demonstrated by how we lead or business, abide by all rules and continually strive for excellence.
“I used Global Guardians to secure a sensitive property in the Fulham area a few months ago. The site had been beset with problems; including vandalism and illegal occupation.
Global Guardians were extremely supportive, speedy and "hands on" in their approach to assisting me secure the building. Unlike many of their rivals, they offer a bespoke solution to property protection as opposed to generic, corporate methods. I cannot recommend this organisation too highly and would be delighted to work with them again in the future.”
Property Director, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham
