Guardian Sales Officer
We are looking for someone to join our sales team in a full-time role. You will be the first point of contact for people looking to move into one of our vacant spaces and will guide the customer through our process with a high level of customer service. Our ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with potential Guardians and colleagues and has a passion for hitting sales targets.
Job Description
- Attend all viewings and inform guardians of the service we provide
- Select potential guardian based on the ideal guardian assessment
- Assign successful guardian to the property space
- Ensure guardian payment is set up
- Ensure all relevant documents are uploaded onto My-globe and full payment is made
- Ensure guardians receive a working keyset and understand the licence agreement then signs
- Ensure notes are updated on My-globe
- Ensure you update the viewing module with who attended and who didn’t attend the viewing
- Ensure a full handover is carried out to the guardian liaison team once guardian is placed
- Ensure all incoming guardian enquiries are dealt with in the timescale provided
- When required, move existing guardians to a different room or property
- Ensure ‘notice to quit’ guardians are contacted and become priority. Issue them with available property listing and conduct viewing.

- Previous experience in a customer facing sales role
