Client Sales Supervisor
Duties & Resposibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging marketing and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains sales team by recruiting, selection, orienting, and training employees in accordance with company culture
- Conducting own sales and achieving set targets
- Supervises team members in duties and performance, providing feedback on a weekly basis and reporting team performance to senior managers.
- Adherence to the company’s culture
- Pass on information from upper management to employee and vice versa
- Analysis live data and produce reports for senior managers
- Carry out a daily huddle with the team
- Carry out Appraisals and 1-2-1 and set SMART objectives to monitor KPI progress.
- Motivate, guide and mentor team members to exceed KPI’s
- Prepare and submit performance report
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary action if the need arises.

- Previous experience as a supervisor for a sales team
