Client Sales Supervisor


Duties & Resposibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
  • Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging marketing and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintains sales team by recruiting, selection, orienting, and training employees in accordance with company culture
  • Conducting own sales and achieving set targets
  • Supervises team members in duties and performance, providing feedback on a weekly basis and reporting team performance to senior managers.
  • Adherence to the company’s culture
  • Pass on information from upper management to employee and vice versa
  • Analysis live data and produce reports for senior managers
  • Carry out a daily huddle with the team
  • Carry out Appraisals and 1-2-1 and set SMART objectives to monitor KPI progress.
  • Motivate, guide and mentor team members to exceed KPI’s
  • Prepare and submit performance report
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary action if the need arises.

  • Have excellent time, planning and project management skills
  • Be able to flawlessly present and communicate in both written and verbal forms
  • Be resilient
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to handle high levels of pressure.
  • Previous experience as a supervisor for a sales team

Jop Type

Full- Time (Monday – Friday) 9:00am – 5:30pm
