Stuart is Global Guardians’ Chief Executive Officer and works to develop and build the company, offer security advice to clients and run several key client accounts. Stuart has over 12 years’ experience in the security and property industry and oversees research and development of new products and services. Due to his wide-ranging experience and knowledge, he is frequently asked to give talks on issues connected with vacant property security at key industry conferences and events.He is always on hand to offer his expertise to assist clients with difficult projects or issues that are problematic to resolve.

Nick founded Global Guardians in 2011 in order to provide property owners with a reliable, efficient and commercial security solution to the problems created by empty buildings. Nick oversees the business and ensures that all work is carried out to a high standard of quality.

Theo is the Managing Director and provides a full health and safety management service for Global Guardians via his sister H&S building management company which looks after over £1 billion in property assets. Theo has a wealth of health and safety experience based on his 20 years working in the industry.

Matt is a Business Development Officer to ensure that the buildings we protect for property owners have the right people living in them as property guardians. Matt carries out the full process from meeting and interviewing potential property guardians to vetting them and handing them over to the Account Manager to look after them once they have moved in. Matt has been Employee of the Year 2017 and is a long serving, well-respected member of the Global Guardians team. He has helped hundreds of good people become property guardians and saved them money for their future.

Lianne is a Business Development Officer to ensure that the buildings we protect for property owners have the right people living in them as property guardians. Scott is responsible for ensuring all compliance works are completed prior to allowing property guardians to protect our buildings. Council Tax, utility bill management, refuse collections, as well as VOA applications and overseeing fit out work and risk assessments, all fall under Kaysie's remit to ensure our buildings are safe and efficiently run from start to finish.

Kevin leads our Facilities Management department to ensure that KPIs are met, staff are developed, work is carried out in accordance with legal regulations, and the facilities management provides a high quality service to owners of vacant property, property guardians and local residents. 

Kevin provides his years of experience in the area of facilites management to Global Guardians and outlines strategic delivery to successfully achieve company objectives.

Chris works closely with our New Business team to provide his knowledge regarding building maintenance for properties before they are brought under our management. Chris assesses every aspect of the property in order to provide New Business with the information required to create a fit-for-purpose bespoke property plan and proposal. No property goes live until Chris has signed off the building works as complete.

Bonnie is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance issues raised by property guardians, property owners and in-House teams are completed in line with deadlines on a daily basis. This ensures that all of our properties are well-maintained and secured in accordance with British Standard BS8584:2015.

Direct Labour Organisation Officer - Building Control

Bio:

Alex is responsible for overseeing installations and repairs at, and upkeep of, client properties; this includes machines, mechanical systems, buildings and other structures. Alex also carries out maintenance works at our properties to ensure they comply with current building regulations. Alex has over forty years experience in building maintenance and compliance and provides his knowledge and experience to our Facilities Management team.

Facilities Supervisor - Building Set Up

Pierre supervises the Facilities Team who ensure that the new buildings meet with building compliance and are habitable for property guardians to occupy. Pierre ensures that the buildings are completed for occupation within agreed timescales to agreed standards. Pierre leads the team who provide utility bill management, VOA empty business rates cases, refuse collections, council tax payments, compliance work and certification and also the hand back of the properties to the property owners on time and in good condition.

Eliz is responsible for supervising our Facilities team to ensure that inspections of properties under our management are completed accurately and on time, keys are held in accordance with British Standards, and the buildings under our management are maintained  to meet building standards. Eliz is responsible for leading the team to meet their KPIs and provide an excellent service to our clients and property guardians.
