Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule works based on established priorities and see them through to completion
Liaise with contractors, guardians, clients and internal teams to ensure tickets are completed
Monitor, prioritise and respond to job tickets through CRM system
Keep detailed notes on our CRM system
Keep internal teams updated regarding ticket statuses.
Ensuring 100% of tasks set are completed to a high standard
