Ticket Officer

We are looking for a full time Ticket Officer to join our team. You will provide support to our Guardians, Clients and internal teams by managing incoming requests for various types of works/issues. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule works based on established priorities and see them through to completion
  • Liaise with contractors, guardians, clients and internal teams to ensure tickets are completed
  • Monitor, prioritise and respond to job tickets through CRM system
  • Keep detailed notes on our CRM system
  • Keep internal teams updated regarding ticket statuses.
  • Ensuring 100% of tasks set are completed to a high standard
