Operations Officer

We are looking for someone to join our 'on the road' team. You will provide support to the management of our Guardian properties by completing a number of operational tasks. Our ideal candidate enjoys a hands on approach and will be proactive and determined to deliver on scheduled and ad hoc requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Onsite Guardian management and liaison - This may include debt collection processes from time to time
  • Liaise with all departments to resolve customer issues
  • Providing access to third parties
  • Management of guardian move out process
  • Keep detailed notes on our CRM system as required
  • Property inspections where required
  • Property viewings where required
  • Key handling and management
  • Keeping in close contact with the office throughout the day
