Finance Administrator

We are looking for a full time Finance Administrator to join our team. You will provide support to our finance team, assisting in pursuing funds from outstanding invoices and debtors and reconciling accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to kick start their career in finance.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pursue monies owed by customers
  • Reconcile accounts against payments made
  • Completing all administrative tasks set to you by management
  • Tracking finances through our CRM system and leaving a full audit trail
  • Reporting to leadership team daily on financial activities
  • Suggesting improvement opportunities in regards to policies and processes
  • Ensuring 100% of tasks set are completed to a high standard
