We are looking for a Client Liaison to join our team. This role will require constant communication with our client base in order to best meet their needs and maintain our high standards of customer care. This is both a proactive and reactive role. Our ideal candidate will understand the importance of a company’s culture and will be dedicated to seeing the company succeed through cohesive team work, effort and discipline.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Calling all customers on a monthly basis
Taking incoming enquiries via phone, email and ticket system
Completing all administrative tasks set to you by management
Build strong relationships with Guardians and Clients
Keep detailed notes on our CRM system
Maintaining our high level of customer care
Ensuring 100% of tasks set are completed to a high standard
