Client Liaison

We are looking for a full time Client Liaison to join our team. You will provide support to our clients as well as the company's Leadership Team in managing our clients' needs. Please apply by using the form below.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of account management and client care best practices. The ability and desire to work within a team is important for this role as is the ability to self-manage workloads and prioritise tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Resounding to the day to day needs of our clients
  • Report results and activity to the company's Leadership Team daily
  • Keep detailed notes on each account through our bespoke CRM system
  • Resolve issues swiftly and accurately in accordance with established processes
  • Provide the best level of customer care to our clients

  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Be able to handle demands
  • Detail knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Hunger to get the job done well
  • Previous experience in an account management or customer care role
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt if things go wrong
  • Full, clean driver's license
