We are looking for a full time Administrator to join our team. You will provide administrative support to the company which will include filing, scanning documents and leaving comprehensive notes on our bespoke CRM system. Please apply by using the form below.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Administrator with good IT skills and and excellent eye for detail. A humble person who enjoys admin and getting things done to a high standard would fit well in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Scanning documents onto our system and filing them
  • Speaking with customers where required
  • Having daily organisation for a number of tasks
  • Completing any and all Admin tasks set to you by Management

Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritise and organise
  • Very good eye for detail
  • Desire to complete tasks to a high standard
  • Speed and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Good arithmetic skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
