Business success depends upon the quality of people that help it function on a daily basis. This is one of the fundamental mainstays that the Investors in People Standard is built upon.
The Investors in People Accreditation focuses on improving business performance through improving the management leadership of people within the organisation.
Considerable value is found in achieving the Investors in People Accreditation, most notably:
Global Guardians has been awarded the ISO 9001. It is the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). We use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide service that meet customer and regulatory requirements. It is the most popular standard in the ISO 9000 series and the only standard in the series to which organisations can certify.
Global Guardians has been awarded the ISO 14001. It is the international standard that specifies requirements for an effective environmental management system (EMS). It provides a framework an organization can follow to improve their environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste.

There is an increasing expectation for professionals to undertake Continuing Professional Development regardless of industry sector, career level, job role and responsibilities. The CPD Certification Service helps organisations formalise knowledge into a structured and recognised approach to meet those expectations.
This means that Global Guardians can provide formally certified CPD materials which are more likely to become accepted and welcomed by our audiences. Organisations wishing to embrace CPD can display their commitment through CPD Certification Service membership. Member organisations are advised and encouraged to submit potentially qualifying CPD materials for formal and impartial CPD accreditation by a team of experienced CPD Assessors.
We held our first CPD verified event on 29th January 2016, 'Enhancing Croydon'. Our event gave individuals a chance to see how Global Guardians manages our clients' buildings through the use of Property Guardian Security.
This included a tour of a property, a chance to talk to the GGM directors (who have been involved in the industry for over 10 years) and network with other individuals from the public and private property sectors, local councillors and artists from the Brit School.
