Our CEO, Stuart Woolgar, has been at the forefront of the vacant property industry for twenty years. Before he joined the industry, he noticed how many amazing empty properties there were across the world. Many people were also struggling to afford living space in the UK, yet there were hundreds of thousands of buildings in the UK sitting empty. To this day, he views this incredible waste of resource as an unacceptable reality and works tirelessly with our dedicated team to spearhead change and be part of the solution.

Global Guardians exists to sustainably unlock the potential of these empty buildings and protect them from diverse threats through our Property Guardian solution. We transform disused space into comfortable and safe living spaces for local people and key workers to occupy and protect.

We deliver this BSI approved Property Guardian scheme to our partners who include a large number of the UK’s local councils as well as the biggest housing associations in the country and many private landlords. We safeguard their buildings while they are being redeveloped, bought, or sold. Whatever their situation, they are still being used for a true social purpose to provide accommodation to those in need of affordable living. We continue our corporate responsibility work through community engagement and our Life Enhancing Opportunities agenda. This allows us to continuously improve communities and maximise our social impact.

All this with the addition of our industry leading, innovative My Globe software system which gives both Property Owners and guardians transparent access to all the real-time information they need about the management of their property and our services.

Our full property management service includes the enforcement of strict guardian rules, housekeeping measures and health and safety maintenance which is in line with all statutory and regulatory guidelines. We monitor this through our ISO9001:2015 accredited Quality Management System and through regular London Fire Brigade inspections, to ensure constant adherence to all applicable safety standards.
