We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a monthly licence agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum 4 weeks. We only accept working professionals, 21 and over, to secure our properties – no children or pets are allowed in the building.
We require documentation from you to apply to become a guardian. These include:
• 3 months previous bank statements
• 3 months previous pay slips
• A scanned copy of your passport
• An employers reference
We require the following payments from you to secure a room:
• 1 month upfront
• Key payment
• £70 for a fire safety pack
• £95 admin fee
