Archway Campus

This former five story office block is situated opposite Mile End station. The commercial tenants had left without paying rent and the building was squatted by 100 people.

Dolphin House

Dolphin House was a former restaurant underneath a block of flats, located in Wandsworth. It had been empty with an intruder alarm before our guardians moved into the property.

Dean Mews

Dean Mews was a former convent located in Westminster. The nuns were decanting the building, whilst we placed guardians in to protect the vulnerable areas.

Waltham House

Waltham House was a former Police Station, situated in Leytonstone. The owner purchased the property with vacant possession. They used our security guard before using our services.

Defiance Walk

Defiance Walk is a former sheltered housing block of 40 flats situated in Greenwich. It had been empty for a couple of weeks before the owners contacted Global Guardians to look after it for them.

Braganza

This former warehouse is situated in Oval. It had been squatted by fifty people and dogs. Global Guardians assisted with bailiff eviction for the client and placed security guards immediately.

Mare Street

In September 2015 the building at 234-238 Mare Street (Hackney) was signed over to GGM by a the local authority. The building was previously occupied by another property guardian company.

Sarah Turnbull

Sarah Turnbull House is a former sheltered housing block of 45 flats situated in Greenwich. It had been empty for a couple of hours before the owners contacted Global Guardians to look after it for them.
